Featured Destinations of Long Island’s North Fork

Long Islands East End consists of both the North and South Forks. The Hamptons, starting with Greater Westhampton, heading east to Montauk, make up the South Fork. The North Fork begins in Riverhead, and flows east to Orient Point.

Riverhead:
A diverse contrast in old and new, this town offers fine dining, plenty of shop till you drop options, a world class water park and themed farms loaded with plenty of fun activities for young and old alike..

Greenport Long Island:
This harbor village has museums, an antique carrousel, Art Deco Movie Theater, famous Greenport restaurants and Greenport shopping. This beautiful seaport has much to offer any visitor. Just a few miles east a scenic ride will transport you to Orient Point, the very end of the North Fork where you can catch the Cross Sound Ferry to Connecticut.

Shelter Island:
This Island is easily assessable from either Greenport Long Island on the North Fork, or the popular Sag Harbor shopping on the South Fork, via ferry service. Restaurants, scenic drives and beautiful beaches await you when you come to visit.
